 Upon the loss of my husband, I had visited a couple of monument locations in Queens where I reside. In my heart, I really was not pleased. As my niece Denise said none of them were warm and fuzzy. Some of them did not take the time to sit with me as I looked through the catalogs that they gave me. I was allotted a limited amount of time and then I could sense their annoyance if I could not make a definite decision which is difficult when first dealing with death of a loved one. I felt that the prices were not reasonable. So my last stop was Holy Family Monuments because I always visited the Florist Shop next door for floral arrangements for my relatives at St. Charles Cemetery. THIS PLACE WAS A LIFE SAVER. I was greeted by the most wonderful person Diane who was my guardian angel. She was compassionate, knowledgeable and explained every detail without any time restrictions. She showed me various ideas that I could do on the monument to make it more personal. Unfortunately, shortly after my husband's death, I lost my brother, mother and sister. I was so relieved to know that I had a dependable place to assist me with my additional losses. The monuments are just what I wanted and expected for my love ones. BEAUTIFUL WORKMANSHIP. Another perk is having the Florist Shop next door which is fantastic! You can order over the phone or on-line and they will deliver the arrangement to the grave and send a picture confirming delivery. I can't say enough compliments about this family owned business when you need reliable, trusting, and caring services. I would highly recommend their services to everyone! Pat Catapano and family 

 Diane and I shared a very long road after the passing of my loved one. We started off great as she is very empathetic genuine and kind. The wait was longer than I hoped and it caused me to be frustrated. Diane stayed positive and took the time to explain to me the details to this crazy process which help me feel at ease. After realizing how many other grieving people were also waiting it helped me with my own impatience. I highly recommend working with Diane and Holy Monuments.   I don't know where to start but all I can say is that this is by far the best place to go if you need an update on names or are looking for a tombstone for your loved one. Diane and her husband are so welcoming and feel your pain of losing a loved one. I had to update my sister's tombstone with the name of one of my older sisters and they handled it so well.  It took some time but it was due to the way of life we are dealing with now.  THANK YOU SO MUCH for all you did for us to have my sister's name now on the tombstone. 🙏✝️ Ligia Jarquin
